Practice together with care
Pianium is intended for learners aged 13 and older. Respect different levels and rates of progress, and check visibility before posting. Minors should obtain the consent required by the Terms of Service.
Prohibited conduct
Harassment, bullying, threats, discrimination, sexual exploitation, harm to children, encouragement of violence or illegal activity, impersonation, spam, scams and invitation abuse are prohibited. Do not disclose another person’s contact details, address or private information without permission. Respect copyright and privacy in posts, recordings, images and scores.
Age and connections
Providing a birth year is optional. The resulting age band is not verified age. We restrict search and discovery of new connections and non-friend comments and mentions for ages 13–17 and unknown ages. Reactions are limited to designated emoji when either person is in these groups. There are no DMs or teams. Share invitation codes only with the intended recipient, rather than in public places.
Reporting and blocking
Report a problematic practice post, comment or profile image through the app by selecting a reason category. Use blocking to avoid contact. Reports are recorded in a database for operator notification and manual review. We aim to review within 24 hours in principle, without guaranteeing a review or resolution deadline.
Review and action
Operators review reports and may manually hide content, suspend access or ban an account. An owner’s ability to retain an original recording is separate from permission to publish it to others. Existing profile photo uploads remain available. We do not use automatic image review, external AI image review or automated AI word filters. Switching avatars alone does not republish a hidden photo.
Safety reports and contact
Minor safety and threat reports receive high priority through the existing operator notification channel. Reporting does not guarantee emergency response. If there is immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Use the existing support contact below for questions about reports or action taken.
Achievements and sharing
Challenge badges and avatars are decorative features for enjoying practice, not certifications of skill. Before sharing, check the information included and your rights to it. Account deletion cannot recall copies held by destinations or recipients, or saved to device photos or files.
