Pianium — Delete your account and stored data

You can request deletion here without the app. Sign in to the account, request a confirmation email, and explicitly confirm using its link.

To delete individual data without closing your account, open the relevant practice record in the Pianium app and use its menu to delete the recording or practice record, then confirm. You do not need to confirm account deletion.

Confirmation stops account access and queues erasure of recording and MIDI originals, practice data, projects, drills, profiles, conversations and summaries. Explicit deletion overrides beta retention. Acceptance is distinct from completion; failed erasure is retried.

Body-free AI cost and delivery usage records are retained for 13 months, then reduced to monthly totals without user identifiers. Store billing records, backups and data already received by external providers may have separate retention terms.

When deletion is confirmed in the app, its managed copies on that device are removed. Browser or other-device requests cannot remotely erase files on another device or exported files. Cancel store subscriptions separately through the App Store or Google Play.
